Fans of Banamwaya Football Club and Hoima Football club were disappointed when they got to know that their teams wont be playing against each other today as the match between them was postponed. The match was postponed because there was stadium available for match to be held.
The Uganda Super League Match between Football Club and Hoima Football Club was earlier planned to be held at Nakivubo stadium. But at last minute Nakivubo stadium management rented the stadium for a music concert that is to be held on weekend. Uganda Super League chairman Moses Magogo was infuriated. He blamed the Nakivubo stadium management led by KCC Football Club chairman Godfrey Kisekka for not giving football priority over music concert. He said that football stadiums should be used for football matches only and football matches should always be given higher priority than any other event.

He added that stadium management was informed were informed well in advance as they were notified when the match fixtures were drawn. He is worried that the league might not finish in May as per the schedule due to this postponement.
